Occupational Therapist (Community, Central, 5 Days Office hour) (ID : 686564)

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of residents.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs to improve residents' functional abilities and overall well-being.
• Continuously evaluate and document progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with organizational policies and standards.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings to contribute to service delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
• Engage in orientation and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in geriatrics or long-term care.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
