Job Title : Purchasing Executive

Location : Woodlands, Singapore

Working Hours :

Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Salary Range :

SGD 3,000 – 4,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team in Woodlands. This is a fast-paced working environment where you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end procurement — from supplier sourcing and cost control to ensuring quality and timely deliveries. If you are meticulous, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we’d love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best cost, quality, and reliability.
• Monitor and control purchasing costs to achieve budget and profitability targets.
• Closely follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assess and manage vendor performance (price competitiveness, lead time, quality, service levels).
• Ensure proper traceability, documentation, and filing for all purchasing activities.
• Work with internal departments to forecast needs and prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
