RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administrative / Operational
- Risk management of projects in execution and delivery phases
- Anticipate potential issues and proactive in finding effective solutions, mitigations, or contingencies.
- Strong organisational skills and oversight of project and asset management, and finance tracking.
Business Acumen
Key supporting role in financial tracking and resource management of the overall team to ensure business efficiencyResponsible for P&L - sustaining account growth, diversification and profitabilityRecognise the commercial implications of the agency’s decisions and external influences, and manage the internal and client conversations arising from these.Driver of business development and growth of existing accountsGood understanding of building digital / social-leaning SOWs.Client Management
Overall ownership of senior clients relationships, pro-active in client development.Understand the strategic, and business context the client is operating in and uses this knowledge to develop effective solutions for the client.Consult and partner to clients, pushing the boundaries and creative standards to grow their business.Strategy & Creative
