The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Merchandising Manager for a 3-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to regional category strategy and play a key part in shaping the beauty landscape across Asia. You will support senior leadership in driving merchandising excellence, from global brand management to incubating emerging beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Category Strategy & Execution : Support the Asia Merchandising Director in developing and implementing category strategies for the region, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing regional requirements
• Global Brand Management : Collaborate with international brands to ensure smooth operational execution across Asian markets, addressing logistical and market-specific challenges
• Brand Sourcing & Incubation : Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and incubating emerging Asian beauty brands to enhance product assortment and drive innovation
• Business Analytics : Conduct deep-dive analysis on category performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across markets
• Budget Management : Support oversight of the merchandising budget, ensuring responsible allocation and tracking of investments
• Strategic Support : Assist senior leadership in preparing for strategic meetings, including data analysis, presentation preparation, and insights development
• Product Planning : Support the development of product development and marketing calendars aligned with market trends and consumer preferences
