job

The primary mission of the

Perfumer is to provide creative and

technical expertise to create and develop fragrances that perfectly

meet our clients' needs. You will be at the heart of our client's

product innovation, turning concepts into captivating

scents.

Your main functions will

include : Leading the creative

development and composition of new fragrances.

Providing technical support to the Sales and Marketing

teams during key customer meetings.

Creating

winning fragrances that align with market trends and client

briefs.

Supporting R&D projects with your

perfumery expertise.

Evaluating fragrances for

quality, performance, and

stability.

about the

manager / team

Reporting to the Manager,

you'll be relied upon for your technical expertise and leadership.

A significant part of your role will be working closely with junior

members in Fragrance team and elevating the team's technical

capabilities.

skills and

experience required

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or a related

discipline.

At least 3-6 years of working

experience as a Perfumer within the Fragrance Industry.

Experience working in Asia markets is highly preferable,

and you must have proven track records of fragrance wins in

SEA.

Exceptional olfactory evaluation

ability.

The ability to work confidently under

tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced product development

environment
