Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, fax, letter, or other communication channels
- Provide information on product availability, delivery dates, and delivery locations
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Prepare documents, enter orders into the system, and track order status
- Handle special orders for out-of-stock items and coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse to notify customers when items arrive
- File correspondence and manage shipping and delivery documents, including negotiating Letters of Credit with banks
- Support sales meetings by preparing documents, tracking sales records, and attending meetings
- Work with other departments, such as :
Technical team for product or technical issues
Accounting for payments, refunds, and returns
Supply chain and logistics for PR / PO processing and delivery scheduling
Manage shipping and customs invoices independently; coordinate with forwarders and shipping agentsPrioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and adjust priorities as neededUpdate and manage purchase orders and records in the systemCheck order confirmations and supplier invoices against purchase orders and report discrepanciesNegotiate shipping rates with forwarders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policiesCoordinate inbound shipments, track deliveries, and control costs.Requirements :
Minimum qualification : Professional Certificate, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalentAt least 2–3 years of relevant work experienceAble to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and adaptable to changeProficient in Microsoft Office.Wecruit Pte Ltd | 20C0270
