Responsibilities Engage and assist potential & existing clients for our company services e.g. vehicle rental, trading & insurance renewal enquires Daily checking of location, tally with our system vehicles & entry of vehicle check records. Arrange trading & rental process of all inward & outward vehicles & update record progress to system Engage with clients on vehicle sales and purchase vehicle transactions & insurance quotation updates. Ensure all related documents upload, filed accordingly & software system database records is up-to-date. Engage with authorities & insurance company for insurance accident claims & traffic offence / fines. Preparation of quotations, loan applications, invoicing & agreement documentation, and ensure all arrangements & documents are completed timely for the transactions. Assist in accounts AR or AP functions & data entry, like preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and entering purchases. Maintenance of own company & sales vehicle database records and filing. Timely upload & update online posting & pricing for our services. Send invoices & SOA. Follow up outstanding payments & timely report to account department for any potential bad debt Communicate & coordinate with internal departments Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Has good initiative, good arrangement skills & high responsibility; Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment i.e. meet tight deadlines; Computer literate (i.e. excel, words, etc.); Some knowledge of vehicle rental or trading or insurance-related processing skills is preferred; #J-18808-Ljbffr
