Responsibilities :
to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA / MOM requirements
and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains
approval of contract changes.
Requirements :
Min. 3 years experience in construction, with landed houses’ projects, will be advantaged
Able to read structure and ID drawings, furniture detailing
Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
PC literate – proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
Having a CSCPM certificate and other construction safety certificates will be an advantage
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
