Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Power Automate and RPA) to support large-scale government digital transformation initiatives.

Opportunity to work on large-scale Government Digital Transformation projects.
5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.

Responsibilities :

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using Power Automate and RPA tools.

Design and implement workflows integrating with Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) and external systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective automation solutions.

Manage end-to-end automation lifecycle — from requirements and design to deployment and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis or process automation.

Strong skills in Power Automate, connectors, data manipulation, and workflow optimization.

Familiar with APIs, ALM, Dataverse, and basic scripting (JavaScript) for automation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
