Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for processing of customer enquiries through emails and phone calls and liaise with customers on their sales enquiries
- Provide information and reply to inquiries for accounts, products and services to the customers and build good rapport with customers.
- Work closely with customers to generate sales from enquiries
- Liaise with customers on fulfillment discrepancies
- Able to handle and resolve customer complaints concerning billing and services rendered
- Reply to questions of the customers related to the services or products purchased
- Ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with service and spare parts departments
- Plan and allocate service engineer for job and ensure accurate service records in timely manner.
- Process purchase orders from customers
Job Requirements :
Preferred to have at least 3 years working experience in Marine Industry or equivalent work experienceMinimum NITEC or Diploma in and disciplineGood customer serviceAbility to multi taskTeamworkGood communication skillsMichael Goh
