Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all Statutory act & regulations, company safety rules & regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied by all staff
- Maintain WSH Management (WSHMS, ISO 45001, bizSAFE STAR etc.)
- To review safety management system and recommendation for improvement
- To maintain and monitor achievement of safe & healthy working environment
- Manage Safety Audits on site
- Able to do innovative write up for project tenders
- Conduct investigation to workplace accident / incident, non-conformity or non-compliance.
- Conduct SIC (Safety Induction Course) for contractors, staffs and customers.
- Participate in Project Safety Coordination Meetings.
- Participate in Planned Joint Inspection with customers.
- Assess and review WSH for works to be carried out at premises.
- Participate in meeting with contractors on WSH matters
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Workplace Safety & Health disciplines
- Specialist Diploma in WSH
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001. GGBS and ConSASS Audit is required
- MOM Registered WSH Officer, NEA Environmental Control Officer & Earth Control Measures Officer.
- Good communication skills to liaise with associates, clients, Government authorities.
- Candidates with high rise buidling experiences will be preferred.
