Roles & Responsibilities
Join a global leader in regional aviation support as a Technical Support Engineer specializing in turboprop aircraft . Based in Singapore , you’ll provide critical expertise to airlines across the Asia-Pacific, ensuring rapid resolution of in-service issues.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver 24 / 7 remote and on-site support for structural, systems, and avionics challenges
- Lead AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery—diagnose faults, coordinate spares, and guide maintenance teams
- Serve as the primary liaison for airline MROs, engineering, and flight operations
- Analyze technical documentation, ADs, SBs, and repair schemes
- Partner with OEM and supply chain to expedite critical parts and repairs
- Perform root-cause investigations and issue post-event reports
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience on regional turboprops (e.g., Dash 8, Q400, Embraer 170 / 190, or similar)Valid Part-66 AML (B1 / B2) or equivalent (ICAO Type II) – type rating on target aircraft highly preferredDeep knowledge of ATA chapters (21, 24, 27, 29, 32, 52, 53, 57)Proven AOG response and field support track recordFluent English (written & verbal); additional Asian languages a plusWillingness to travel (10–20%) across APAC for on-site assistanceTo Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button.
