Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the role-based email account and respond to incoming queries
• Assist in updating overseas internship records in the database
• Support Overseas Onboarding Procedures (OOP) including administering submission of checklist for approval
• Collate feedbacks and gather inspiring stories to feature for future outreach.
• Assist with the administrative duties of the department, e.g. scheduling interviews, booking of meeting rooms, etc.
• Assist in any other ad hoc task assigned
