Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore’s inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to solicit and develop new accounts to expand GLDB’s client base.
- Facilitate new loan and account opening applications, and proactively manage and monitor these accounts to minimise non-performing loans.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal credit and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure and maintain a high standard of AML / KYC / CDD risk assessments for client profiles.
- Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions or propose new products.
- Represent Business Unit in ad hoc projects such as new product developments, technical enhancements, industry landscaping to contribute to Bank’s success.
- Stay informed about market trends regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to effectively educate and inform clients.
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable institution.At least 5 years for RMs / 10 years for senior RMs of relevant experience in Wholesale / Commercial / Business / Emerging / Medium Enterprise Banking or in Non-Bank FIs / Fintech Lenders serving wholesale customers.Experience in cash, loans, trade finance, or supply chain finance.Comfortable with outbound acquisition via phone calls to bring in new customers for the bank and to deepen the relationship for existing customers of the Bank.Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target under high-pressured working environment whilst balanced with risk awareness and management.Highly proficient in in AML, KYC, CDD, creating credit proposals, credit memo writing, and credit structuring.Highly self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard with a strong sense of commitment and accountability.Analytical and a problem solver.Energetic, customer service oriented.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player.By submitting your application, you have given your consent for us to collect, use and retain your data for a year as according to our prevailing data retention and PDPA policies.
