Roles & Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the clients and the Bank. He / she is responsible for the proactive management of a portfolio of High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth private wealth clients. This includes the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Responsibilities :

• Source for and acquire new clients that are in line with the Bank’s Wealth Management target markets
• Build, manage and deepen new and existing relationships with clients so to enable to a long term and holistic banking relationship with the Bank
• Work closely with Investments Counsellors to co-manage the portfolio of clients and generate investment revenue
• Deliver excellent service to clients and deepen relationship by value-adding to clients’ wealth management needs
• Aspire to achieve individual performance objectives, from client book development, sales / financials, to upholding risk / compliance culture
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory requirements of the investment advisory business and apply this knowledge appropriately
• Ensure that all transactions comply with the Bank and regulatory requirements
• Conduct business with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
