Senior Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. This position is responsible for analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights that drive organisational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for strategic projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
• Develop process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution design and implementation.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimise business performance.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements from business users and technical teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and business cases to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
