What You'll Do :

🎯 Oversee technical operations and maintenance of VLCC fleet

📊 Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and safety standards

🔧 Manage dry-docking, repairs, and planned maintenance systems

📋 Review and approve technical specifications and procurement

🤝 Coordinate with crew, port authorities, and classification societies

📈 Monitor vessel performance and implement efficiency improvements

What We're Looking For :

✅ Marine Engineering degree with Chief Engineer experience on tankers

✅ Minimum 5 years shore-based technical management experience

✅ Strong knowledge of ISM, MARPOL, and classification society requirements

✅ Experience with VLCC operations and cargo handling systems

✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
