Element has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding team, As a memeber of the contract team in one of the various sites across Element,the Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs relating to our projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. He / She seek sto minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. This includes ensuring that all works are carried out to the agreed standards of quality and within the set budget.
Key Responsibilities : Cost Planning and Management :
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
Client and Stakeholder Management :
Prepare and present cost reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Other Duties :
Where applicable, negotiate with the client and contractors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction Management or equivalent
