Your role at Kadence will primarily encompass the following :
Research Design
- Operating with minimal senior support to develop all research documents
- Applying vision for analysis and output to survey instrument design
- Looking for alternative / value add approaches
Project Management
Sourcing suppliers that will enhance our value propositionIdentifying mechanisms that will ensure more efficient PM for the teamClient Management
Advising clients on how to best achieve objectives through methodology designPositioning yourself as an 'industry expert' with a wealth of market research experience from which you can draw to make recommendations to clientsAnalysis
Operating with minimal senior support to derive a clear storyTaking charge of analysis planning before fieldwork has closed and delegating appropriatelyChallenging juniors to deliver the 'so what' in the reportingEnsuring that client objectives are met in a creative and actionable wayPresenting
Confidently manage the room to ensure maximum engagement with the sessionActively seek out what actions can lead to success in driving the business forwardsBusiness Development
Checking and approving cost sheetsDeciding on the content and flow of a proposal or credentials presentationNegotiating costs with suppliers to maximise margin and minimize overall price to clientsNegotiating costs with clients to win work while retaining maximum marginDesigning research with minimal supportFinetuning existing proposal and cost sheet templates to improve accuracy and ease of use by the BD teamFarming existing clients to ensure maximum opportunitiesPassionately communicating our value proposition to clientsTeam Development
Refining the induction program to be relevant and adaptable for varying levels of seniorityDeveloping a training plan that addresses the needs and interests of the wider teamHelping to create a clear career development plan for each role at KadenceReviewing CVs, cover letters and job applications to identify candidates to interviewRefining the recruitment collateral to maximize the number and quality of incoming applicationsScheduling and chairing appraisal meetings to ensure thorough review of the wider teamProviding a safe environment for all team members to feel confident about expressing ideasTell employers what skills you have
