Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.
• Prepare / review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations
• Prepare / review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation)
• Conduct tax research and assist in identifying tax planning ideas and improvement opportunities
• Liaise with various competent authorities in respect of the tax related queries / issues & audits
• Advise and provide support as and when required on the tax compliance and implication
• Review and advise tax related contract clause including new project tendering, procurement contract and etc.
• Keep abreast on the latest development of new legislation and tax updates and advise for full compliance
• Other ad-hoc duties / tasks to be assigned as and when required.
