Job Scope :

• Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, and invoices.
• Support sales team with administrative tasks and client communications.
• Maintain CRM and sales records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event details are executed correctly.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and preparing event documents.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up for feedback or repeat business.
• Generate sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Provide general office and logistics support related to sales and events.
• Ensure timely documentation, filing, and contract management.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times.
