Production Leader (GMP, near Tuas Chk Point)

Description

Responsibilities Promote and enforce safety culture, hygiene, and PPE compliance.Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards and timelines.Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work areas per GMP guidelines.Lead production operations using SOPs and regular reviews for sustained performance.Apply basic problem-solving tools and share knowledge to drive continuous improvement.Support IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) implementation.Develop team competencies through training and alignment with development plans.Oversee cleaning and sanitation of production equipment as needed.Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and safety during shifts.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field.At least 3 years of supervisory experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Proven ability to lead, engage, and motivate teams.Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.Physically able to lift up to 25kg and work rotating shifts.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Name : Tan Ee ShuanRegistration No. : R EA License No. : 02C3423Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
