Key Responsibilities :
System & Network Operations
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform daily system health checks and resolve alerts or incidents.
- Support user account management (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, etc.).
- Assist in patch management, software updates, and backups.
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
End-User Support
Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines.Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.Support remote users and VPN connectivity issues.Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to IT security standards and policies.Support endpoint protection, antivirus updates, and security patching.Assist with audits, compliance checks, and documentation.Operations & Documentation
Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and configuration documentation.Support routine IT maintenance tasks and scheduled system updates.Assist in implementing IT projects, upgrades, and new deployments.Tell employers what skills you have
