Job Description :

We are seeking energetic and motivated F&B Service Crew to join our team. As part of the service team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain smooth day-to-day operations, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and make menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Assist in setting up, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a hygienic dining environment.
• Handle cashiering, including payments, refunds, and issuing receipts.
• Support the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation and replenishing condiments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area.
• Work with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
