Be part of a global investment management firm and contribute to its expansion within the industry. The company has substantially increased its market share in comparison to competitors. The corporate secretarial team now needs a competent lead to drive business optimization and centralize business processes.

Responsibilities

The role involves a global remit and active entities management and corporate governance oversight. With ongoing transactions, divestments, reallocation of resources, you'd play a very active role ensuring the organization's compliance and governance obligations are met.

Due to current moving parts, you will be a source of strategic advice and operational execution for the legal, finance and wider business. Ability to efficiently delegate work to the team, optimizing local and offshore corporate secretarial service providers will increase your chances of success in this role.

Requirements

A seasoned corporate secretarial professional with at least 10 years experience, and worked in a matrix reporting environment. Those who have gone through a transformative phase of a business (post M&A, creating a new entities management flow for a sizeable portfolio of entities) would have an advantage here.

You ideally have prior team management experience and the tenacity to follow through with the setting up of a centralize work flow.
