Front-of-House Shift Leader
We’re hiring a Front-of-House Shift Leader to guide our service team and ensure every guest leaves with a great impression. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right on the floor
What You’ll Do
- Set the Tone : Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining experience starts on the right note.
- Keep Things Flowing : Manage waitlists, seating, and service flow so operations run seamlessly.
- Lead the Team : Support, motivate, and coach service staff to consistently deliver high standards.
- Handle the Unexpected : Resolve guest feedback or operational hiccups with professionalism and care.
- Stay Aligned : Work closely with Assistant Managers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead roleCalm under pressure, detail-oriented, and quick to adaptConfident communicator who connects well with both guests and team membersWillingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidaysEA Personnel R22110043 Tan Eng Kang
