A leading international retail brand is hiring Retail Ambassadors in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, have a passion for retail sales, and want to represent a leading global brand who is known for their outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience, providing professional advice on their products, and contributing to the brand’s overall performance.
No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided!
Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice to customers on the brands' products.
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Support store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.
- Represent the company’s brand and values as a Brand Ambassador.
- Contribute to sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle cashiering duties and in-store payment transactions.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and follow company SOPs.
Requirements
Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided).Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good command of spoken English.Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable serving their esteemed customers for prolonged periods.Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster.What’s In It For You
