Role & Responsibilities

• Experience in managing Full set Accounts and a team of accounting staff
• supports the Accounting Manager in a variety of financial activities including preparation of financial reports, performing account reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
• Assist in analysing financial data and prepare financial statements and reports to meet financial regulations by implementing policies and procedures and regular inspection of accounting records and systems for accuracy of documents
• Responsible for the timely submission of required Management Reports and Financial Statements
• Review and enhance existing accounting processes, internal controls, SOP and workflow
• Liaise with HQ in overseas on all accounting matters
• Maintain profit & Loss, tax and asset records
• Liaise with regulators and service providers such as auditors, tax accountants, corporate and legal advisors, bankers and government agencies
• Good understanding of accounting procedures and International Financial Reporting Standards
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and report writing skills to co-work with HQ.
• Able to work with external and internal auditors and tax agents to complete annual statutory filing and audits.
