Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) – Jurong East - 5 day week-Singaporeans only
- Manage full cycle of the recruitment process
- Develop an effective candidate pipeline
- Identify sourcing channels and strategies through internal / external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitment vendors, etc
- Posting of jobs on different platforms
- Support the manager in implementing recruitment strategies
- Perform reference check
- Manage coordination of recruitment events
- Maintain manpower / headcount data report and recruitment status report
- New staff on-boarding activities such as issuance of staff passes, access card, uniforms, etc.
- Other ad hoc recruitment admin duties and tasks assigned
- . Manage projects / support HR & Operations team
