Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Corporate Banking Lending System Modernization Prestudy program within our Core Banking transformation initiative. This role will oversee cross-functional teams including Business Analysts (BA) and Solution Architects , ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the design for new solutions requested by major IT stakeholders from client side
• Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems
• Manage and mentor BA and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals
• Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive solution design and execution
• Oversee technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges
