Job descriptionDeliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable luxury shopping experience. Promote and sell premium products while achieving individual sales targets. Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards and store presentation. Engage with clients in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Minimum 1 year of retail experience , preferably in luxury or fashion retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Customer-focused, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment .
Roles & Responsibilities
Luxury Sales Associate | $3200 + Allowances + Incentives
Location : Marina Bay Sands
💵 Salary & Benefits :
- Sales Associate : $2,400 / month
- Senior Sales Associate : $2,800 – $3,200 / month
- Commission : Up to $1,000 / month
- Allowances : $200 transport + $200 attendance
- Working Hours : 44 hours / week with 8 days off per month
