Description

We are looking for dynamic and polished Sales Associates to join our luxury retail team at prime locations in Singapore. If you have a passion for high-end fashion or watches, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience
• Advise clients on product features, trends, and styling and technical details (watches)
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are clean, attractive, and aligned with brand aesthetics
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Collaborate with team members and management to drive store performance and customer satisfaction
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches as required
