Job Description
- Responding to students’ administrative inquiries / requests
- To attend to call-in and walk-in clients and public inquiries promptly and render assistance
- Conducting class visits / welcome orientations / inductions (if applicable)
- To ensure that all internal and external emails / correspondences are dispatched promptly
- Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Maintain and update billing records and receipts collection records
- Perform other duties as assigned by Admin Supervisor and Assistant Director or Director / CEO
Requirement
Minimum ‘A’ level or Diploma in any disciplineGeneral administrative skillAble and willing to work on weekendsPrior experience in the education industry is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and outlookExcellent customer service & good interpersonal skillsPosses communication skills (English, Mandarin) effectively communicate with parents, students, teachers and colleaguesAble to multi-task, meticulous, organized and has an eye for detailsAble to work independently as well as in a teamWork place based tuition centre located at various outletTell employers what skills you have
