Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage service parts and accessories order and supply across Asia Pacific and other regions.
• Ensure timely order processing and on-time delivery.
• Handle enquiries from distributors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Handle shipment documentation, e.g., Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading , etc., to ensure smooth customs clearance by importers.
• Handle warranty claims, mispacking reports, and logistics quality issues reports.
• Manage SAP for supplier payment and buyer invoices.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports.
