🌏 Regional Operations Director – Asia

📍 Singapore | 💼 Full-Time

We’re looking for a seasoned Operations Leader to take charge of regional supply chain and logistics across Asia. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape operations strategy, drive efficiency, and lead diverse teams in a fast-growing industry.

What You’ll Do :

✅ Lead and mentor operations teams across multiple Asian markets

✅ Oversee supply chain, logistics, and order fulfilment functions

✅ Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies

✅ Manage vendor and logistics partnerships at a strategic level

✅ Ensure compliance with global and local standards

What You Bring :

• 10+ years’ experience in operations / supply chain leadership (regional exposure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ERP / WMS systems and cross-border logistics
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and transformation
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
