About the role

As a System Engineer at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the company's technological infrastructure. This full-time position, based in Lavender Central Region, will involve overseeing the smooth operation of our network systems and providing technical support to ensure the business runs efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and maintaining the company's network systems, including servers, routers, and switches
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise in a timely manner
• Implementing and configuring new hardware and software solutions to support the business
• Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilise the company's technology
• Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement strategies for system improvements and upgrades
• Documenting and maintaining detailed records of all system changes and configurations
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to identify potential areas for enhancement
