Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product / service pitches to prospective customers.
• Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development progress.
