Job descriptionPlan, manage, and execute projects, ensuring completion within contractual schedule and budget. Supervise a team of carpenters to achieve production targets and meet project deadlines. Conduct quality checks to ensure furniture is fabricated in accordance with construction drawings. Review drawings, design notes, and key specifications. Attend site meetings, carry out inspections, and monitor project progress. Coordinate and liaise with authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Oversee site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety practices. Monitor daily site progress and provide regular status updates to management. Manage project claims, secure approvals for variation orders, and prepare billing documents. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Knowledge in Interior Design, Carpentry, or Joinery preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
