Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Wide range of projects such as culture transformation, strategic workforce planning, employee experience and employee value proposition etc.
• Implement key people initiatives and engagement activities.
• Measure and assess employee experience and engagement through surveys and focus groups.
• Analyze employee feedback and contribute ideas and solutions that drive engagement.
• Participate in selected group-wide HR projects for exposure and development.
• Coordinate communication efforts across various platforms to promote culture and employee value proposition.
