This is a hybrid role that combines day-to-day store
operations with creative marketing support. The ideal candidate
will be proactive, organized, and able to contribute both on the
sales floor and behind the scenes.
Key
Responsibilities : Coordinate and
execute in-store marketing campaigns, product launches, and
promotional events.
Design or adapt
promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (e.g.,
flyers, signage, digital screens)
Collaborate
with store teams to ensure effective visual merchandising and brand
consistency.
Support the planning and
distribution of marketing materials such as signage, banners,
brochures, and digital screens.
Support store
management in overseeing sales operations.
Maintain store-level social media presence and support
content
creation.
Requirements :
Entry level candidates are
welcomed.
Strong understanding of retail store
environments and customer behavior.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative attitude with a proactive and optimistic
approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and
familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, or similar
platforms).
Ability to multitask, meet
deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced
environment.
Experience with content creation
is a plus.
