Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by pursuing new clients through referrals, business directories, and cold calling.
• Follow up on leads provided by other employees or departments within the company.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients—via calls or visits—to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and introduce new products or services.
• Drive customer satisfaction, foster retention, and manage ongoing sales accounts.
