Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively approach and engage passersby in compelling conversations to introduce Vertical Institute’s tech and business courses.
- Understand prospective learners’ goals, career challenges, and upskilling motivations to recommend suitable programs.
- Represent the Vertical Institute brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm — embodying our values of empowerment , innovation , and excellence .
- Clearly explain course options, benefits, and outcomes, helping individuals make informed decisions about their learning journey.
- Maintain a neat, approachable appearance and a welcoming demeanor to create strong first impressions.
- Ensure that marketing materials and booth displays are well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized.
- Effectively communicate the value of our programs, including certifications, career support, and funding options (e.g., SkillsFuture, IBF).
- Confidently address common questions and objections, ensuring clarity and trust in every interaction.
Requirements :
Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.Genuine passion for education, technology, and personal development.Comfortable working in high-traffic, outdoor, or fast-paced event environments.Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is advantageous.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Familiarity with Vertical Institute’s offerings is ideal (training will be provided).Compensation Package :
High basic pay + uncapped commissions + incentives (average total monthly earnings of $5,000–$10,000)Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
