- Lead all recruitment matters
- Work with different business unit to manage manpower planning, recruitment budget and recruitment process.
- Facilitate onboarding process
- Preparation of salary proposal and ensure compensation equity
- Develop & review HR policies relating to employment & recruitment
Requirement :
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
- At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above
- Experience in handling mid to high volume of recruitment activities
- Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
