Shipping Coordinator (Bukit Batok / 5days / Basic Up $3500)

Ensure all customer bookings are promptly documented, accurately processed, and thoroughly reviewed for completeness.

Clarify and confirm any special shipment requirements with the shipper prior to accepting the booking.

Keep the Sales team informed and updated on the status of their bookings.

Upon receiving the booking from the shipper, coordinate the shipment directly with the shipping line or through our consolidation services for both FCL and LCL cargo.

Communicate any changes in vessel schedules or delays in arrival dates to the shipper via phone or email.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

Related experience in shipping

Proficient in MS Office
