Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage the commercial and cost aspects of underground utility projects involving water, telecom, SPPG, sanitary, and sewer pipe laying. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate cost estimation, progress claims, variation assessments, and contract administration to ensure projects are completed within budget and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Cost Management & Estimation

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for underground pipe laying works.
• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze and compare supplier / subcontractor quotations and pricing.

2. Progress Claims & Variation Orders

3. Tendering & Procurement

4. Contract Administration

5. Site Coordination & Technical Support

6. Reporting & Documentation
