Call Centre Officer (North side) #HKC - RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Newton (Pick up at Kovan / Serangoon / Woodlands)

Duration : 1 year contract (START 15th Oct)

Work hours : Any 5 days / week, rotating shifts incl. weekends & public holiday

Rotating Shift timings :

8AM - 5 : 30PM

8 : 30AM - 6 : 00PM

2 : 30PM - 12;00AM (transporation claims provided!)

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to provide information, answer queries, and resolve issues related to the company services and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using the company’s CRM systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Assist in coordinating with other departments for follow-up actions or escalations when necessary.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Participate actively in training and team meetings to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

Min O / A level or Diploma in any field

Prefer 1 year of Customer Experience / Call Centre setting
