Description : Manage

day-to-day operation in support of Sales teams including order

acknowledgement, processing quotations, Purchase Order, Sales order

etc

To liaise and coordinate to customer's

request or delivery

To provide good support

and customer service to existing customers

• Handle walk-in customer and phone enquiries
• General sales administrative duties

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and

management

Requirements :

Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word,

PowerPoint)

Knowledge in using Oracle NetSuite

is an added advantage

Possess good working

attitude & have strong sense of responsibility

Resourceful and able to work independently in a

fast-paced environment

Required to be

proficient in both English and Mandarin as this position will be

required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers

Must be positive and have initiative to solve

problems
