About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our Applications (IT) team. This hybrid role combines business analysis with technical leadership, driving the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions. You will lead initiatives in Microsoft Azure, full-stack web development, Boomi, and low-code platforms such as OutSystems, ensuring solutions align with organisational goals and deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, document and analyse business needs, challenges, and pain points.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments and prepare business cases highlighting benefits, risks and ROI of cloud and web initiatives.

Process Optimisation & Automation

Solution Design & Implementation

Change Management & Training

Project & Team Leadership

Requirements

Hands-on experience with :

Microsoft Azure (App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions)

Full-stack web development (HTML / CSS, JavaScript frameworks, backend APIs)

OutSystems or other low-code platforms

Boomi / MuleSoft / middleware integration
