Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 08 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Flexible hours possible based on project needs and hybrid work arrangement may be considered)

Job Description :

Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking a creative and digitally savvy intern to join our Marketing & Communications team. This internship offers you a unique opportunity to work closely with a cross-functional team to design and develop impactful, marketing-driven content for our social media channels.

As a Social Media Content Intern, you'll help build meaningful connections with our audience through visually engaging posts, reels, and videos—helping us educate and empower communities in the space of women’s health and fertility care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design engaging static and video content for social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Assist in planning and managing the content calendar
• Write compelling captions and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversions
• Analyse social media insights to optimize content performance
• Research and implement current social trends and platform algorithm updates
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and clinical teams for campaigns and promotions
• Support ad creative design and A / B testing for paid campaigns
