Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government agencies.
Lead tendering and proposal submissions with a strong technical-commercial understanding.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions aligned with project and client needs.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to shape strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements :
Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or project sales in the engineering or construction sector.
Strong network in infrastructure or ground engineering markets is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with public sector tendering (e.g., GeBIZ) is an advantage.
